Certificate Shipping Schedule

Gotaticket.com offers several certificate processing methods for ticket dismissal and traffic school completion certificates.

Here are some details regarding our policies and procedures for certificates.

Certificates of Completion are processed a daily schedule.

For many courts we can offer rush processing and delivery options.� Depending on the traffic school course or driver improvement option you select the fee will vary with deadlines and processing details.

We only process traffic school certificates on business days Monday - Friday. We do not process on Holidays or weekends.

All traffic school completion certificates will be mailed via first class mail unless a student elects to purchase an upgraded shipping option or processing method.

In most cases Gotaticket.com Traffic School cannot fax or email certificates to users or courts. There may be exceptions at times but the court will determine what this condition of exception may be. We do not determine these special matters or circumstances.

The court will not accept photocopies of the original certificate of completion. When a student receives an original certificate they are responsible to forward it to the court on their own. Gotaticket.com is not responsible for incorrectly addressed, postage, lost or misplaced, or any other matter that results in a non-processed or lost certificate.

Gotaticket.com will and must follow all court mandates set forth in regard to method of delivery of all traffic school certificates. There will be no exceptions.

Gotaticket.com will not be responsible for any incorrect information a certificate may contain. All students are responsible to correctly enter their personal and court information correctly on their own. Gotaticket.com will charge a fee ranging from $5.00 - $15.00 for corrected certificates and shipping. Express shipping will cost additional dollars varying by delivery chosen by the student.

We will not provide a traffic school certificate of completion for a court we have no agreement with. If you wish to obtain one you will need to provide written proof that your county or court has extended you this courtesy via certified mail. There will be no exceptions.

Gotaticket.com will not be responsible for any certificates that do not arrive at the address a student enters. First Class Mail certificates will have a charge to replace and re-ship of $5.00 - $15.00. We recommend using an upgraded shipping option with tracking and insurance. After all we are sending a court document that if not processed on time will adversely affect your driving record and possibly increase your insurance rates.

All California Express packages information:

Gotaticket.com is not responsible for any packages left at your location of choice.
Express packages cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You must provide us with a physical address for express shipping options.
We will not be responsible in the event a user selects an upgraded shipping option and the package cannot be delivered on time due to an incorrect address. All re-direct for packages will incur a fee of $15.00 payable to Gotaticket.com. The package will not be shipped until the fee is paid in full.
All international packages will incur an additional fee of $25.00. This fee must be paid before the package can be shipped.

Out of California State Express packages information:

There will be $15.00 additional fee for all out of California Express Packages. We will email you and notify you if this fee applies to your package.
This fee must be paid prior to your certificate of completion being shipped to you.

Special or Limiting Shipping Details for� Express packages information:

If you live in a gated community or any other location that will hinder, delay, stop or interrupt time of delivery for any certificate you will not be refunded any fee whatsoever.
You must notify us via email for receipt purposes of any such matter that may interfere with certificate delivery.
