What is the procedure to request a refund?
If you will be unable to complete the course before your due date and think you might need to cancel your registration, you may want to contact your court to see about getting an extension before giving up. Remember that we do have express mail options and many courts do not mention they will accept postmarks or offer grace periods. In addition, you may want to ask the court if they will accept a faxed copy of your certificate until the original is received.
If you have not paid and would like to cancel your registration you do not need to contact us. You will never be billed and your registration will be deleted eventually. Each court requires different amounts of time we hold registration data. Any and all refunds granted will be credited using the same form of payment that was used at the time of the original payment processing. Only the same credit card used will be refunded. Personal checks and money orders will be refunded by company check.

May I use GotATicket.com if I have a Commercial Driver's License?
As of September 20, 2005 commercially licensed drivers or anyone cited while driving a commercial vehicle regardless of their class of license may not attend traffic school in lieu of adjudicating their case. Call your court if you have questions regarding this new code.

What do I do if I don't know the answers to the security questions I provided during sign up?
Before each section some courts require that you properly identify yourself with a series of responses to questions we gathered during sign up. While you are logged in you may be asked these questions from time to time. If you don't know the answers to the questions you can enter an email address and drivers license number. If these two pieces of information match we will email you the answers you provided during sign up.

How do I get a duplicate copy of my certificate?
In most cases we are allowed to send you a duplicate copy. The fee is $15.00 for processing and shipping. In the event we are NOT allowed to send you a duplicate due to court restrictions we will let you know about our procedure at that time.

What happens if I use the course and do a charge back on my credit card for any reason?
Of course this would be a dishonest act. We will notify you via email or mail a balance is due. We have penalties for this of course. They range from $50.00 to $500.00 USD. Please contact us before calling your credit card company to resolve a dispute.
